Hi, Do I need to get travel insurance? My family live in Spain, so me and my husband only buy a flight and hire a car and we stay with my family.

Suppose you had a serious accident while you were in Spain and needed an air ambulance to get back to the UK. Would you be able to pay for it yourselves ?0
