Couldn't find any Merchant Gourmet chestnuts, but their 454gm jars of Dulce de Leche(caramel toffee - divine stuff)are discontinued and 99p.
BUT, Mr T has new range of identical item, in 340gm pots for £1.69.
    Which one did I buy?(or which two?:o )

500g French glace cherries 84p in store today, instead of £1.69.
Not a mega mega reduction, but these are never usually reduced.

durex play lubricant (50ml), was reduced from £3.49 down to £1.74 per bottle, they now have the `heat` or `tingle` varieties on bogof so 2 bottles for £1.74.

for those that haven`t tried it yet, the `tingle` variety is well worth a try ;)

I took your advice and stuck to the tingle - too chicken for the "heat" one:o :p
Thought it would have gone nicely with the Dulce de leche - but couldn't find any in my local

Would have looked nice with a French Glace Cherry on the top - but so excited the old bag forgot to look :D

Just back from Tesco where I was going to buy vegetable peeler for £1.50. Once at store spotted their 4 peice kitchen gadget set is now £2.00 - includes peeler, ice-cream scoop, pizza cutter and garlic press. Good bargain but went through till at £1.00 - great bargain!

Got 5 pair packs for 22p in some and other more expensive packs were 5 pairs for 80p - quite a few to be had - in the clothiing dept in a box not on the shelf.

Hope its nationwide and this helps someone else to get a bargain
