    Picked up in my local store today in the toy section and marked reduced to clear - Travel Battleships (in a tin, like the Bingo) £2.97 reduced to 79p.

    Hope no-one minds but just back in from tesco and got 2 great deals I thought were worth mentioning...clip pack (Hanging down) percol guatemala 8 cup coffee for cafetiere &filter normally 99p but yellow stickered 22p and Brooke Bond 80 tea bags down from £120 to 63p because they are being discontinued.

    tESCO HAVE REDUCED THEIR vitamin c jellys TO ONLY 6P FROM £1.59 and it does not expire until 06/07 also toothbrushes down to 31p from £1.89. sorry about caps

    that's a big reduction from £120 down to 63p!!! just joking

    JUST WENT TO TESCO AND THEY HAVE REDUCED LOADS OF PICKLES, SAUCES ECT TO SILLY PRICES, BUT THE BEST BUY WAS TINS OF GOOSE FAT (DATED TILL 22/08/10 ) REDUCED TO 50p BUT WENT TROUGH THE TILL AT 25p !!!!!!
    GOT 9 TINS, SOME TO PUT AWAY FOR NEXT XMAS AND SOME JUST TO HAVE YUMMY ROASTS WITH NOW !

    Apparently in olden times Tibetans used to cover their bodies in goose fat and sew themselves into their clothes..... for the whole of winter! which lasts a looonng time up there.
