Direct Debit for Electriciy
I took Martin's advice and sent an email to British Gas to complain after reading the money saving tip.
They had set my direct debit too low and in the end they called me to say i owed them £750.
I just spoke to an advisor today who has knocked £200 off my bill given me lots of good advice and he's sending me an eco kettle for free
