Help needed: GSP Greeting Card Maker.

Hi, I have just bought a GSP Pc cd rom Greeting Card Maker from Currys.
I installed the Cd following all the instructions, started to design a birthday card for the OH's birthday and it just keeps freezing/ crashing. I did manage to design the birthday card again, went to print it off which it didn't. Now the printer queue is stuck and i cannot delete the print job for that birthday card. Can anyone help please? I am getting so Ratty. I use windows xp which is compatable with the Cd rom Greeting card maker.
