NHS Regular user, mileage and tax

I'm a district nurse using my own car to visit patients. I get 0.3690 per mile plus a regular user monthly payment of £52.17. My tax code has just changed to 725L from 729L, apparenlty because of 'taxable expenses payments' of £580 as per my P11D. Am I correct in thinking that milage shouldn't be a taxable benefit if the…
