Microsoft Autorroute 2007 - what GPS hardware?

Microsoft Autoroute 2006 & 2007 have been bundled with a GPS locator that allows Autoroute on a laptop to operate like a conventional GPS (directions, path finder etc).
Does anyone know what the make and model of the hardware is that they put in this bundle?
