Terms and Conditions

1. Open to UK residents, excluding employees of Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
2. This promotion is open to anyone aged over the age of 18, however, due to US licensing laws we are unable to award the trip to Tennessee to anyone aged under the age of 21.
3. Closing date is Wednesday 21st September 2011. Entries received after this date will not be included.
4. To enter complete the registration form at https://www.jacksbirthday.co.uk/account and nominate your team members. Teams will be eligible for the prize draws when all team members have accepted the invitation to join the team.
5. Once registered, your team will be eligible for the prize draws. However, your team may also complete the Jack's birthday challenges in order to increase your team's chances of winning. Points are awarded for completing the challenges and give each team entries into the prize draws as follows:

The maximum number of points available is 9999. The team will be entered into the draw once for each point accumulated in addition to its single entry for registration.
6. Prize draws will take place on the following dates:

All eligible teams will be entered into all remaining prize draws at the date of eligibility.
7. On each date there will be two separate prize draws, one a team trip, or multiple team trips, to Tennessee and one for the Jack Daniel's branded pool table. The winning team will be the first team drawn at random from all valid entries. The prizes are as follows:
i. Trip prizes comprise: Tickets for the winner plus 3 friends to attend the Jack Daniel's Birthday gig in Tennessee, 14th - 17th October 2011. Flights from London Heathrow, Gatwick, or Manchester, transfers in USA only, accommodation, meals and entry to the gig. Transport to UK airports, travel insurance and other expenses are not included.
ii. One full size Jack Daniel's branded pool table. The table will be awarded to the team leader (whom invites their three friends to join their team).
8. Each team is eligible to win one of each prize. In the event that a team wins a trip to Tennessee they will no longer be eligible for any subsequent draws for the trip. In the event that a team wins the pool table, they will no longer be eligible for subsequent draws for the pool table.
9. The winner of the trip and team must all be aged 21 or over, must be available to travel on the above dates, hold a valid passport (with more than 6 months before expiry) and must comply with immigration requirements for entry into the USA. Â Proof of age will be required.
10. For each prize draw on each date, a first and second reserve team will be drawn at random from all valid entries. If the original winner or any team cannot be contacted following reasonable efforts, is unable to verify their age, is not available or unable to take the prize, it will be awarded to the first reserve team. If the first reserve team cannot be contacted following reasonable efforts, is unable to verify their age, is not available or unable to take the prize, it will be awarded to the second reserve team. Winners' details will be available after the closing date by sending an SAE marked "Jack Daniel's birthday challenge Winners" to the Promoter at the address below.
11. The prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should those advertised become unavailable for any reason prior to the commencement of this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants, the prizewinner or any third party.
12. Winner and guest will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.
13. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. The decision of Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
