Appliance Replaced Under Extended Warranty - Prob with New Appliance

Hoping someone might be able to help me with some advice.
Our old fridge freezer was unrepairable but had extended warranty with Domestic and General so it was a old for new one. D&G advised of a like for like model and confirmed yes that was suitable.
Anyway to get to point the new appliance arrived on Wed and havent used it Problem with doors on it only open 90 degrees so extremely difficult to move shelves about in fridge. However more importantly the doors on both dont shut properly when you go to close the door in that it it stops short of closing.
I've spoken to Hotpoint who delivered the machine and they are not interested as that's what I requested and that's what I've got. D&G are saying its Hotpoints problem.
The model that D&G recommended none of the shops stocked as it was so new so had to rely on the internet. None of the websites it was featured on stated it was only a 90 degree opening and you dont see pictures of it open.
Can anyone advise what my rights are on this as the new appliance is sitting in my kitchen taking up space and cant even use it.

have a look around the hinges to make sure that something isn't there to stop the doors swinging open. It's possible that there's a wedge of some sort that you need to remove to stop the doors flying open when manouvering it into place0

Unfortunately checked all that. The doors on the new one sits on hinged door hence why it only open the 90 degrees.
Our old one was on a pivot so would open 180.0
