Thats the thing with the energy market at the moment... its all swings and roundabouts... for everytime companies lose customers they will just gain others further down the line.

You are right.. It's a bit like musical chairs..especially when we have effectively got a cartel... but you frequently read that once an unhappy customer has left a specific customer they never return..... whether that be Npower or Scottish Power. I know I wont ever return to them out of priinciple.

I completely agree, where one person will have a fantastic experience or think a tariff is perfect for them and stay without question, another will hate the same company or get cheaper deals elsewhere and therefore leave after even a few weeks in some cases.

It all depends what is a priority when it comes to your gas and electricty provider, be it service, call waiting times, tariff ect ect
