Can I find lease details?

I am looking to buy a local shop (lease for 14yrs and a yearly rent) and was wondering if I could find out how much the current owner paid to renew the lease (apparently 2 years ago) I cant find it in "upmystreet" which leads me to beleive they own the building outright, the shop as a business is a bit run down so isnt of a high value , so if all their profit is in leasing to me I would have a better idea how much to offer.If I cant find out how much it was re-leased for can I find out who actually owns it?

I would have thought they'd have to disclose this info to you before you (or anyone) makes an offer. It's kind of crutial part of a buisiness plan.
In terms of who owns it, try the land registry site that should have a record of who the owner is.
