Condebsation on inside of velux running down wall

Our bedroom is a loft conversion with some velux windows in our room. We have shutter blinds for them at night to keep the street light out. When we wake up the inside of the windows have a lot of condensation on it and sometimes (due to gravity) it runs down the window and down our wall leaving a streak. Whats the best way to go about preventing this, especially from running down my wall

Leave the window open, or if it has a trickle vent, leave that open.0
