Collecting money for foreign charity

Hi guys,
My colleagues at work are collecting money for a charity in Africa, but because it isn't UK based, they are struggling to find ways of collecting payments online.
They can't use Justgiving and they aren't eligible for Paypal's Not-For-Profits rates (which would still charge them anyway).
Are there any suggestions you guys can think of to make this easier?
