Re E-Healthweb.com

I was sent an Email from E-healthweb.com informing me that if I paid just P&P they would send me two free bottles of vitamins . I received the vitamins and thought no more about it. However, I have just received another bottle which I did not order or want and they have taken £66 from my bank. They were also going to do this every month. I contacted them and spoke to William 'Vitamin'! He said I had agreed to this - which I did not. He said that they would refund £30 and cancel the 'agreement' and send me an EMail confirming this - I am still waiting! Has anyone else been ripped off by these people? Liz

I have had the exact same problem with these people! Where was the small print and how do I cancel this?? as I do not want to get charged a monthly fee...
Thanks guys0 -
Hi Berry there was no small print.
Vist Scam report, lady brought her 'free' samples through a UK National paper.
Try contacting The Nutritional fullfilment center Tel no: 02070844081. Ask for a 15digit RMA code to attach to the returning package. The address:Nutritional fulfillment Center, 400 Cleveland St, Suit e800, Clearwater, F133755. They have told me that they will refund the full amount upon receiving the package. But I will be very surprised if they do. I have looked at their website and cannot find there terms and conditions anywhere!
Trading Standards can't do anything as it is an American firm!0 -
PS Dont forget to inform your bank and get any transactions to them cancelled. I was also told that they may continue to try and get the monthly payements. if they do, then they can get charged with fraud. So keep an eye on your statements.0

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.:hello:0 -
I too was caught by the "free trial" offer which has cost me dearly. I gave my card details to pay the p&p charges and thought that was the end of it, but two weeks ago my credit card bank contacted me questioning unusual deductions. I phoned Customer Services and was told that I should have read terms and conditions. These did not appear in the process of the ordering. I have not taken delivery of any of the goods for which the deductions were made neither do I want them. I was grudgingly offered a partial refund but have since discovered a second payment has been taken from my account. I have lost £260. I am a partially sighted 75 year old lady and this deduction has wiped out my pension for the month. Do they give a toss about the anxiety this has caused? I don't think so!!0
