Burnt on to pyrex dish!

Hello
The other day I cooked some tandoori chicken in a pyrex dish and now the marinade (tandoori spice mix and natural yoghurt) is burnt fast on to my pyrex dish.
I've used washing up liquid and cilit bang with boiling water and scrubbage but to no avail at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get this off? I really don't want to chuck the bowl away.
Thanks so much

Put it into a hot dishwasher wash. It will harden the burnt-on stuff so that it will flake off.
Or. if no dishwasher, let it soak overnight in biological washing powder (none of these liquid jobbies, it has to be biological powder). The cheapest one will work."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
I second bio washing powder and leaving it to soak for a while before trying to scrub it off.
If that doesn't work, try some Oven Pride oven cleaner. It stinks but it's good stuff. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Fairy Power Spray also works wonders on burnt on food.
I've found a good soak with anything, and going at it with the flat side of a knife helps too. The great thing about Pyrex is it is so tough you can try and scrub it off with all sorts.0 -
I have been soaking it every night with just washing up liquid and boiling water. I'm going to give bio washing powder a go now and I've got a box of Oven Pride lying around as well so I can have a good go with that if all else fails.
Thanks for all of your tips

If its hob-proof you could try simmering some cola0

Steradent tablets (for steeping false teeth) are brilliant for removing burnt on food. You'll need to put plenty of tablets in the dish with hot water.0

White vinegar might help.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I've had good results with a pot pal - one of those springy metal scourer things, also with bar keepers friend and an ordinary scourer & a toothbrush for the lettering. I think I used vim scouring powder last time...0
