    Dabs' main purpose is to supply businesses who are usually not desperate for a quick refund.

    What the OP says is true in that if you cannot afford to wait for a refund then Dabs is not your best choice.

    If you are not desperate to get a refund very quickly if something goes wrong they are a reasonable choice.
    There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.

    Dabs actually went downhill long before BT got involved.

    It started when they decided that customers were really too much of a nuisance to deal with and removed all telephone numbers from the site.
    There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.

    I remember that, it was about that time i decided that dabs were too much of a nuisance to use.


    Back in the late 90's/early00's they were great, I remember ordering a hard drive from them that was out of stock, and spotting a couple of hours later (at about 10pm) that they had the "retail boxed" version for just a pound more in stock, and giving them an email asking for the order to be amended and getting a reply about 30 minutes later to say they had done so.

    I don't think I've used them in about 4-5 years now.
