hi thought id post as I found this a bargain when researching a little while ago.
Ive actually booked this up to go oct 22 -30th which falls in with october half term. granted I know the weather wont be great but with whats on offer at the campsite it doesnt matter.
It actually has europes laregst indoor waterpark which we get to use free for 2 hrs a day (you can pay to use longer), and its situated with a theme park which we also get unlimited use of throughout our stay.
We have done a few of these mobile home holidays abroad and always found them great value for money, this campiste has caught our eye many a time but with prices in the £1300 region for the summer holidays no way I could justify that when we could fly somewhere.
Any I booked this a good while ago for £360 which includes ferry crossing (self drive so then 3.5hrs when in calais), for 8 nights in a mobile home and access to everything as above. I booked through canvas holidays and had a discount as booked with them before. but Ive looked again now and the dates Ive booked for are showing still available at £400 ish.
Still think its a good offer if you look at the duinrell website and see how good it looks

We went to Duinrell a few years ago it is really good value with the waterpark and themepark, especially for kids. We went in the summer though and it was about £1200 but that was for 6 of us ferry crossing from Harwick and car.Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

Thanks for advice bout the pancake house will def give this a try!
Sorry to hear bout ur son thats absolutely terrible that canvas weren interested when u told them about the mobile home. I wont be impressed if we are treated the same. We purposely picked canvas as thought they were the best camping holiday company, I hope were not let down0 -
We went to Duinerell in July and loved it. We're going back next May, and have booked with Canvas.
They were a lot cheaper than either Eurocamp or Keycamp, so decidecd to go with them
Their mobiles looked almost identical to the Eorocamp one that we stayed in, and the key camp ones beside us.
Agree with the other poster that the Duingullows are great. They certainly looked a cut above all the other accommodation on the park.
Shame about his bad experience with Canvas. They sounded unhelpful at best.
Duinerell is fab though. i'm sure you'll have a great time.:D0 -
take loose passport photos with you as you will need them for discounted pool entry.photo machine near pool area really expensive.0

Thanks for advice about the photos we took our own photos an got passport sized ones printed from tesco alot cheaper- very moneysaving! They look as good as the real ones so hopefully they be ok0

Op, just noticed that we paid exactly the same as you £350 for our week next May, that was booking this august.
We got the ferry deducted though as we paid for most of it (harwich to hook of holland) with tesco deals.
had a look at canvas the other day to see if the price had gone up/down and there is no availibility for that week:eek: Eurocamp and keycamp were available but at almost twice the price. Glad we booked it when we did.
Hope you have a great time. Wish we didn't have to wait till next year!0 -
Wow brilliant price for may- well done! Alot of people seem to prefer canvas to the other holiday companys and I believe with the others u have to pay to use the tiki pool. At least may will be lovely and warm- fingers crossed0
