Switching for rental property
Wonder if someone could advise in any way.
Having moved into a house with oil heating, I have just swtiched to n powers fixed electricity tarriff.
However our other house is being renovated with a view to renting it out.
The house in questions has gas and electricity both on scottish hydro/gas standard tarrifs.
It is also fitted with one of the day/night meters as it previously had storage heaters.
What I was wondering is there a tarriff that I would be best to move to, with a view to passing it on to the tenant and not being charged for exit fees and such.
