    Hey Tink,

It's ok to join challenges even after they've started. Come and join us on the 1 debt in 100 days challenge, I must confess that it's what's kept me on the straight and narrow. I've honestly never been so focused in my whole life!!

Bizarrely, I found it easy to clear the initial half of the debt, but when you've been doing it for years, you can suffer a little cabin fever :o. This is why I joined, you can't exactly shout for the roof tops that you're in debt, so I've come here for some friendly faces and I have to tell you that they're all :A's here!

I was lurking for 18mths before joining, and it did help to a point, however, I found that it was not until you're actually apart of a challenge (an individual community) that it all fits into place. Mainly, because you have to be honest with yourself and that's the greatest wake up call of all! Plus, there's something theraputic about updating your signiture and watching your debt come down daily :D.

Go on, take the plunge and join a challenge or create one of your own ;).

    Hi Tink and welcome back.

Well done for your debt-busting, you've done brilliantly:j:j:j:j

Just a comment about the challenges - I run the NSD challenge and, though it's now 19 August, it's definitely not too late for you to join in. We had two newbies join us during the week so you'd be very welcome to join the gang if you think it would help you.

Don't worry about joining any of the challenges during the month, everyone here is really welcoming and I'm sure no one would mind in the least - we all like to have newbies joining in.

Whatever you decide, good luck with the rest of your debt-busting, I love reading posts like yours, they make me feel I'll get there one day!:D

    Take care
