I saw this make up on QVC last night as I was flicking through trying to find something to watch, I got completley hooked on the demos and the products looked great, however I was a good little MSEr and didnt buy anything - yet;)

I'll have a look for some reviews on mua later but has anyone on here used these products before? what did you think? did anyone see this show last night? were you as impressed as I was? I've never heard of this brand before and it appears to only be on QVC in the UK does anyone know any different?

Heres a link to the QVC Mally page http://search.qvcuk.com/QVCUK/Search.ff?query=mally&cm_re=PAGE-_-SEARCH-_-SEARCH&cm_scid=SEARCH

ETA - just had a look on mua and the products get very good reviews but most of them are for eyeshadows or eye make up neither of which I'm looking for - so I would be especially interested if anyone has tried the face make up, primers etc and the lip glosses:)

    I've not tried MAlly,

But I can't rate ELF highly enough and it's a fraction of the price.

The studio and the mineral ranges are amazing.

I have switched from MAC zoom lash mascara to the ELF mineral infused mascara, I LOVE their primer and mineral foundation & studio brushes - softer than my V expensive MAC ones.

    DEFO worth a try.
  • I have tried it and as much as I wanted to like it I ended up sending all of it back, the lipglosses were gloopy sticky and smelt rank, the mascara made my eyes itch and go red, the eyeshadows were alright but nothing special. The erase concealor (I think it was called) didn't hide much and went cakey within the hour.

    Save your cash!

I wish I would take my own advice!

    Hi glowgirl.

The Mally Mascara is fab; as is the concealer and eye shadow base.

I like the eyeliners and shadows although not sure i'd pay the standalone price - all mine have come in QVC sets.

Not keen on lipgloss; but then not a gloss fan anyway.

I ordered the foundation, primer and finishing powder yesterday so will have to let you know about them in a few days. little dubious about the colours as i am quite pale but the good thing about QVC is the 30day MBG.

i second the ELF recommendation. their brushes are great, plus i'm loving the mineral foundation (and tinted moisturiser). i also like the fact that the foundations go really pale. one thing to do is to sign up for their emails and then you get special offer codes fairly regularly.

    Thanks everyone, fab replies:D

hot.chick and melancholly - I have tried ELF products, not the foundations though and hated them especially the brushes so I'm a bit wary but its cheap enough so might give them another chance:)

YDSM - now I'm worried as I do have fickle but not sensitive skin, hmmmmmm thanks for the honest opinion though.

amyb - yaaaay I'm so glad you bought something and good for me thats its the products I was interested in;) seriously though please do come back and tell me what you really think, I wont order till I hear from you:) Wasnt the show good? I loved how the woman who owns the company looked:)

i've recently bought the mineral brushes from ELF to replace some expensive-ish No7 ones and they are much better quality than what i had..... but i guess with everything, it's personal and some types will be better than others. i'm surprised by the quality tbh, as i was very sceptical of the prices. i'm also impressed by their nail varnish - fed up of nails inc being really difficult to apply and the ELF ones are great.

I havent even heard of that, only the Laura Geller spackle, I have much to learn :D I'm seriously thinking of giving the elf mineral foundation a go in the meantime, lots of people on here rate it, just off to see if I can find a code:)

did u try their normal brushes or the STUDIO ones??? I wasn't impressed with their normal ones - but the studio ones are the softest brushes I have ever found....

And would ONLY recommend their studio and mineral ranges, the stuff in the white packaging I'd avoid.
