  • I was turned down, I have several debts but have had no late payments for about 3 years and I have no CCJs.

Was just told to check my credit file, but apart from the fact that I have 5 credit cards and 2 overdrafts with balances that add up to £11,691 it actually looks fairly good, you can see I have a good history of payment but I think it's more to do with the fact that I am using around 75% of my available credit makes me a bad risk, or maybe it's because it's 7 different products? I also tried to get a consolidation loan last year and was turned down, so there must be something on there that's making them unhappy!

Anyway, I've given up on trying to get student account, will be phoning my creditors to negotiate payments and I don't even care if my credit file is marked as I clearly am not in a good position anyway!
I believe that I have the strength to make my dreams come true
