Ordered currency from them Monday, did a direct bank transfer to them the same day.
Phoned Wednesday to see where currency was. Was informed I would get a call back after 3.30pm, no one bothered to call me back.
Today get an email informing me that my order is suspended as yet to receive payment!
Incompetent jerks!

Did you check the destination?
Was the payment a same day one and fully referenced?0 -
Yes everthing has been checked. Receiving bank's details checked 4 times prior to sending, fully referenced with order number and my name. It was a same day transfer (within two hours) my bank confirmed it was sent. All details cross checked again with my bank and order print out etc. Like I say incompetent!0

I used them for my holiday money a few weeks ago. Paid by debit card. Got money next day, no problems at all.
Just thought I'd show another side of the story. And no, I don't work for them0 -
I've used them several times before - never had a problem. Have you checked with your bank as I had a similar thing happen when I did a direct transfer for something else, got confirmation e-mail it had all gone OK but there was a techy glitch and the payment never went through - fault of my bank, not the other end0

Yes have been in contact with my bank, payment had gone and been received by them.
Received email this afternoon from them stating my order has been despached! No apology for not returning call or for incorrectly stating funds had not been received.
If all goes to plan I will be in receipt of the currency 7 days after they received the funds.
Some of you may have had a good sevice from them but personally I feel that cusomer service is poor.0
