    Had my meeting with the MP he understood what I was saying, he had heard it all before ....bottom line appeal all you want you will have to pay it back.
    He wrote to the tax credit people and sent me a copy of the reply. Basically it said sorry about all this but it is up to you to spot any mistakes, even if you were unaware of the mistake you are still responsible for paying any overpayment back.
    My MP said to Phone them and say it was causing a financial hardship as they are taking all our credit each month ,and offer £10 a month for however long it takes to pay off . Going to try that as £29 a month will go towards school lunches .
