Im after please a recipe for risotto also ive been looking through the indexes at the top of the page, do we have a section for low fat recipes suitable for slimmers?

Im a chef and make it regular, but i wouldnt say it was exactly a fat free way of cooking it. Pm me if you still want it..0

Risotto can be made with vegetables, fish and plenty of leaner meat choices. The rice itself does not HAVE to be fried but can be boiled as mormal and then seasoned/augmented. You can use a stock to boil the rice instead of normal water, for added flavour.
I see no reason for risotto to be a fatty dish.0
