The legal rep that comes with the insurance company didn't help! Herself and their manager saying that no payout should be made and no to accept it from the insurance company.

That doesn't make sense. What if you hit a cyclist that was doing the same manouvre. The cyclist won't have insurance and won't have a license to be there. They don't always indicate and you overtook them then they swerved into your path and you hit them. The payout will be made to the 3rd party and they will also have legal represenation and will ensure the payout is made your legal advisors are probably also going to get a fee and will prolong as long as they can to get a bigger fee.The legal rep that comes with the insurance company didn't help!
