Hello,

Glad to be part of this forum. I have a question? i have requested to have my ppi repaid back to me. The bank did, and want to pay the money towards my loan balance. I had arranged a payment plan with the bank before they offered me the money back, and i wish to have the money paid into my bank instead. is that something that can be done?

    Hi and welcome.

You can certainly ask for that, but if there are any overdue payments or arrears they'll often use the money to clear them first. No harm in asking though - and well done on your win!

Typically, you get the balance after any arrears, defaults and amounts written off have been repaid first.
