Buffalo router problem Help Needed

Hi Guys
Hoping someone here might know whats up....
Last night I upgraded the firmware on my Buffalo GZR G300np (I think...) and even though I can get online, I can't access my admin page and my laptop can't find the external hard drive plugged into the router...
whats worrying me is that I can't access the admin page I just get an error screen
any help greatly appreciated...

Have you tried with a different PC to access the admin page? Have you done a hard reset?0 -
Erm is broke....
Need external drive to be recognised as all docs, pics, music and films are on it.
Don't have another pc to check it with.
How do I do a hard reset?? hmmm google??
