Can I get my money back??

I used an online printing company to print 250 flyers for my show in Edinburgh.
They arrived 3 days late (the day before I was due to go) and the condition and quality were terrible. The paper was too thin and many were stuck together and quite a few were only printed on one side. Add to that the fact that they looked like they had been kept in a damp place, and I wasn't happy.
I got straight in touch with the company and advised that I really wasn't happy, but I would have to use SOME, as I had no other way of advertising my show and that I wanted the problem resolving asap.
They replied and said that they needed 100 flyers to verify the quality (which shows how good their pre-posting quality control is!) and then they would do a reprint. I said that I would get back to them after Edinburgh.
Edinburgh was a disaster as I was really ashamed to give out such poor quality flyers for my show, and I was mindful of the fact that I had to keep 40% of my flyers to send back.
When I got back I emailed and said that I was going to return the 100 flyers and I wanted a refund. They replied and said the only thing they can do is a reprint, which is pointless as my show is over.
Where do I stand on demanding my money back??
Thanks

Do they have any Ts and Cs that you sign with the contact/proofs etc? Or on their website? Were the flyers of a lower standard than the proofs they gave you for sign off?0
