Using radio on DVB-T U.S.B. stick

I'm thinking of getting a 'Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T Digital DVB-T USB Stick'. It says:

"You can also listen to digital radio in stereo.
Note: WinTV-NOVA does not support DAB radio."

Can I hear digital radio stations or not?

How does the rewind ability work? How far back can you hear/watch tv/radio? Is it from the time that your software starts recording?

It's not DAB, but some radio stations are on Freeview:

The software you use will determine how it works. With decent quality software such as DVBViewer you can listen/watch/record multiple channels at the same time with a single tuner, as long as they are on the same multiplex:

( It's not displaying radio stations, but the BBC's are currently on the same multiplex as BBC4 )

If you have multiple tuners you can ( with decent software ) simultaneously record from multiple channels on multiple multiplexes. You could could even tell it to record radio or TV stations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As Geoffx says, Freeview has loads of radio channels, and typically they are as good as or better than DAB.

Radio and TV work in exactly the same way - when you start to watch/listen it records everything in a sequence of "Live" files. You can obviously only skip back to the start of these files and no further.
