Outlook Express-Password keeps changing?

Everytime I access my emails, my server password on my incoming/outgoing keeps changing.

Incoming mail
Should be: mail.btininternet.com

But shows: localhost

Anyone know how I can stop the passwords keep changing as Its doing my nut....

the localhost thing is probably related to your firewall, norton etc..

Yes, disable email scanning in your anti-virus program.

This may sound silly, but how do I find out which software I have got.
I get updates on PC-CILLIN and BT YAHOO.
Not sure which one is current.
Anyway of finding out.

PC-Cillin has an icon which looks like a pill capsule, next to the clock. Double-click it, then click Anti-Virus, then Mail Scan. Review the incoming and outgoing email scan settings.
