Booked a Paris tour and Eiffel Tower entry via last minute.com, travelling with Viator.
Unfortunately I meant to book the 13th august, as this was when I was in Paris. However on arriving at the departure point it was found I had booked the 20th august by mistake. The 20th was clearly labelled on my voucher and so accepted full responsibility for the mistake. They had no available spaces so had to miss out on the tour.
I contacted Viator on Monday, even though the tour was non refundable, yet they have now given me a full refund. Not even an admin charge.
Very impressed with their service and will definitely book with them again. Although will make sure I have correct dates next time
