Help!

I have just had a call from my bank telling me i am over my limit on my credit card. She then explained that this is due to the PPI and Interest that is applied to my credit card?? How does that happen...They are calling me 4/5 times a day claiming i have to pay the amount that i am over my limit now but i dont have the excess cash to pay it! I dont understand why i am being hounded for money im over limit by if its their fault WHY im over my limit due to the ridiculous charges they have added to it.
Also, I told her that a few years back i asked to have the insurance removed from the credit card and since yesterday i have found out that, that hasnt happend and im still paying it!!!
I have no idea what to do! I havnt even used this card since sept 2009 AND i havnt activated the new card they sent me a year ago. Im paying the minimum payemnt since then but it just seems im not getting anywhere with it due to the charges! Can someone PLEASE advise me on what to do...Im so Confused!

I am really not sure what they mean that its gone over due to the ppi etc on the card, hopefully someone will know and have some useful info on this one for you.

I would then (because you thought PPI was removed) put in a reclaim on this see where that leaves this one, but please wait for more advice on this one, and some details below on how to make a reclaim, good luck.

Contact their complaints department, tell them you asked for the PPI to be cancelled (tell them when) and yet have just found out they're still charging you for it.

Presumably what's happened is that the monthly payments you're making are less than the Interest and PPI which is being added. Over time, this difference has mounted up and made your balance exceed the credit limit.
