A lot of these companies speak to people badly and when you seem to be getting one up on them and treat them how they treat you they dont like it.

I just love it when they say,,
" You have £2,452.00 outstanding on your credit card, would you like me to take your debit card details to pay it off ". Yeah no worries I'll just pick which bank account to take it from....:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0 -

This so reminds me of a friend who when the bank wrote to her asking how she planned to pay off her £2000 overdraft began the letter
