    well done to you.
    I had one who said we'll they would see me in court, to which i replied " i can't wait to meet you in person, so i can tell you what i think of you to your face". they then just hung up on me.

    A lot of these companies speak to people badly and when you seem to be getting one up on them and treat them how they treat you they dont like it.
    Well done, you made me smile anyway although the woman is probably furious.

    I just love it when they say,,

    " You have £2,452.00 outstanding on your credit card, would you like me to take your debit card details to pay it off ". Yeah no worries I'll just pick which bank account to take it from....

    This so reminds me of a friend who when the bank wrote to her asking how she planned to pay off her £2000 overdraft began the letter
