I wonder if anyone can help! me and my boyfriend are getting our first flat together. we live in east sussex and have a council tax band of A if that helps! We wewre wondering if anyone can help us with utility bill costs - so just gas electric water and CT each month if poss! we both work mon-fri, sometimes on a weekend also so we arent in the flat much!

Not enough info I'm afraid...
Since you know the banding, you can easily look up your CT billing on your LA's website.
Water bills will depend on whether it's on RV billing or metered, the agent can tell you that. If RV, they should be able to tell you the exact amount.
Gas and electricity will primarily depend on how the flat is provided with heating and hot water-those are the big users. Gas CH and DHW, electric panel heaters, E7 storage heaters?
Electric heating is much more expensive to run than gas CH, and standard rate electric heating is much more than E7 heating.
