Catalogue Charges can I reclaim?

Morning Folks,

After succesfully claiming back bank charges, PPI and and credit card charges can I claim back charges that my catalogues made against me a few years ago?

Althought the accounts are now settled and closed, I'm sure they would add up to a tidy sum (they where the bain of my life at the time).

Any thoughts or feedback?

    I believe that you can - I would ask on the reclaim charges section of the forum - Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges
    I would assume its the same as the credit card procedure.

    worth a try - as a credit agreement it falls under the same legislation. I did think this myself - the catalogue companies all seemed to loiter very quietly in a corner trying to look innocent when the banks were being dragged over the coals for this.
