Hi all, unfortunately we have been scammed by this very legitimately looking site. Paid for 4 v tickets by debit card but the police have since arrested and charged the owner with fraud.

The fraud hotline says should be covered but Halifax (the not so helpful bank) says not. Yet my other 1/2 is covered by HSBC.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi Farrsontour,

Have a look on the moneysaving website, search under consumer credit act. This will allow you to print off a template letter to send to your bank.
My mother in law was the victim of fraud by this company. We had booked 8 Take Tickets for June this year. Her credit card company told her she wouldn't be able to make a claim (in other words she was being fobbed off). We printed a template off .
It took a few weeks but my mother in law was eventually refunded the money.
