Win a New Fiat 500 if your baby is due on the 15th September

I just posted this in competitions but thought that hopefully more pregnant ladies might see it in here.

Click here You have to enter and look for the Baby Boom details.

Mums to be, read this now and enter our great new contest where your new baby could win an amazing prize. One of the babies born on the 15th of September 2007 will win a new Fiat 500 – so you could be driven home from the maternity ward in a brand new 500!

And among all the participants 10 Fiat gadgets will be drawn.

You can enter up until the 14th of September 2007.
The contest ends on 25 September 2007.

If you are not expecting but you know someone who is, why not invite her to enter?

How to enter.
All site users can enter by registering with the https://www.fiat500.com site, filling in the forms and accepting the terms and conditions. Entrants agree to send in a copy of their baby’s birth certificate should the baby be born on the 15th of September '07. The winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible birth certificates received.

When to enter.
The contest runs from 15.12.2006 to 25.09.2007, in 2 stages:
- 15.12.2006 - 14.09.2007: online entry;
- 15.09.2007 - 25.09.2007: submission of birth certificates;
- by 15.10.2007: publication of the winner’s name

    This will probably need 'bumping' ;) at a later date, as somebody due on the 15th September wouldn't have actually missed a period as yet - so would be unlikely to realise they are pregnant atm!

    Am I right!? Is this competition really encouraging people to have babies to win car?

    That can't be right encouraging unwanted pregancies for financial gain.

    Disgusting!

    Please don't be tempted, the baby works out far more expensive to keep than the cost of the car-you won't gain;) :D

    If somebody is deluded enough to consider going through nine months of pregnancy, umpteen hours of labour and 18+ years of responsibility, on the slim chance that they might win a car - I think they will need all the help they can get! :eek: ;)

    I dunno, could be an even bigger incentive to get through that usually long tough labour! I can see it now:

    'Buy the baby get the car free!'

    Seriously, don't see the harm - as above, surely no one would contemplate having a baby purely for a chance of wining a car!
    :D I am in the future you know...
    ...9 hours ahead to be exact !:D
