Problem on Credit File

Hello.
I checked my equifax report yesterday and found 3 defaulted credit agreements in my name but a different surname. That shows why i get declined!
I have emailed Equifax telling them of the issues so hopefully they will remove them.
To add, I also know the person whose name is on my file.
Do i need to do anything else?
