Thorpe Park Questions

We are visiting next week for the first time. Have lots of the standard 2 4 1 vouchers. Never been before but have visited alton towers a few times and there they had an offer where if you buy a ticket for the followng day its loads cheaper, do thorpe park do simular? We are definitely going for 2 consecutive days so if we can get in for first day with 2 4 1 vouchers then buy a reduced ticket for 2nd day that'd be fab. If they do this offer, can we use it having bought 2 4 1 tickets on initial day?
Thanks everyone

I don't know if you can get discounted return tickets or not when your initial tickets were discounted but there are usually 'Bounce Back' tickets available for £5-£10 ish each but earlier in the month there was a special offere to return the next day for only £1.
If you are planning to visit during the school holidays, I wouldn't recommend anything except pre-paid tickets, otherwise you are likely to be queuing for an hour just to buy your entry tickets (and then queue again at the entry gates).
With pre-paid/pre-printed or Merlin passes etc, You can go straight to the entry gates and will probably only have a 5 minute queue to get through the gates (unless you dress like a chav or go in a large same sex group, then you will have to queue again to be searched for drugs, weapons etc)0 -
We went last Saturday, we don't normally go at the weekends let alone in the school holidays it wasn't too bad the maximun we Q'd for was 45min but, after speaking to the staff they said that at about 4.30 to 5pm all the coaches start leaving which takes alot of people off the site so from about 5.45 pm onwards the rides had no Q's and on some we were allowed to stay on as nobody was waiting. So if your able to I would stay till they close.
Have a good day

thanks for the replies, I've actaully read the small print on the website and it seems that with the 2 4 1 vouchers we can also buy a ticket for the following day for £1 - fab, so we'll have to queue on the first day but not the second. Great news about the late opening after the coaches have gone as well as we'll be there til the bitter end!0
