Just applied online for the Halifax Credit card in order to do a balance transfer.

How soon can i expect a decision?

Not necessarily. Some they approve automatically, some have o be manually assessed

I got the same message when I applied. I was accepted with a £3350 limit, so its not necessarily a decline

0113 242 2229 has an option for credit cards

I applied on a Saturday, and had the credit agreement through the post on the Tuesday, so you should really have heard by now
