Basically, I want to pay a Halifax Credit Card bill over the counter in cash but there's isn't a branch of my main bank (NatWest) or Halifax near my current location.
There is a Barclays, but I only hold a cash ISA there. Will the cashier let me pay the bill over the counter there using cash from my ISA, even if I don't have a current account with them?
