must be something in the water... bid on an item today.. paid tonight when i found out id won..

just got a paypal refund saying her paypal was playing up sorry so she couldnt sell me the item but i could rebid next time she listed the item if i wanted to!! Hmmm funny paypal worked enough to recieve and then refund my payment... and that the item only went for 99p and i think she will have expected more! Oh well... directed her to the way to mutually cancel the sale and wont be rebidding next time!

(funny thing is i woulda paid for it by cheque or bank if there had been a genuine paypal issue... or waited to pay again if shed just contacted me first - instead of just sending a paypal refund with a message attached and deciding to relist it!)

Why did you direct her to the mutual cancellation? If you agree to a cancellation she'll continue to do this to other people.

Open an item not received after 7 days. Add your transaction number to the dispute to show you pais and got refunded. Then once that is over leave approprite FB. She will then also lose her final value fees. Not sure why you are helping out a bad seller by offering a mutual.
