To obtain your raw scores you have to email aqe with the childs name, date of birth, centre in which the test was took and his candidate number. You put it for the attention of Mr Young and it took from Monday to today to come.
The marks are not given as a percentage they are given as a score for each as assessment marked out of 64 I just added the two scores and worked it out as a percentage.0 -
WOW, I cannot believe someone has actually got raw scores from AQE. They have always been so tight about all that sort of stuff. Well done you. That sort of explains a conversation that I had with our local MLA who just happens to be on the Education committee and had talked to head of AQE last week. He said that scores were very tight this year and had to be standardised differently hence the new top mark. Does this mean there is going to be a scramble for places if you are sitting around the 100 mark?:o0

Oh dear, I think Mr Young is about to be inundated...0

I agree, the floadgates may be about to open!! Watch this space. LOL.0

I got the raw scores for my other child when it was the old system and I had to do the exact same thing then under the data protection act.0

confused mum, did you not meet with any opposition from AQE when you asked for scores? They are usually so tight lipped about all that stuff.:T0

waiting on reply from Mr Young.... very interesting if we get this as my son had death of grandad in between 2nd and 3rd tests and his brother in hospital for the 1st..... am advising of this via special c ircumstances... but the individual scores would be really interesting .. watch this space2014 reach my best.0

No opposition from Aqe phoned Monday morning asked how I went about obtaining the raw marks girl on the phone explained that I would have to either write or email Mr Young with all the details. Sent this Monday morning heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement to say the email had been received until today when the email read Under the data protection Act the raw scores for your son where as follows and it list each assessment and the raw mark.
My son wanted these scores just to see how he done in the test and not the age adjusted mark in fact he would have even liked his papers back lol (some chance)0 -
I also requested my DS raw score on Tuesday. Didn't think I would have heard back but reading posts its looking good.
I did receive a further reply regarding other questions I asked.
Certainly, the highest score obtained this year was 123. The lowest score was in and around 20.
We are unaware of the total score which could have been obtained as of yet as this has not been disclosed to us at this stage.
I trust that this has been useful.
Kind regards,
AQEeceive the following reply to further questions.0 -
Hi Kola, Did they happen to say why there was no quintile info this year or what way the scores are spread out this year or why the test was only out of 124 this year. Sorry for all the questions but this system has me baffled, if 102 equals 86% what did a kid have to score to get 123? WOW!0
