I need some help with what I need on my laptops start up menu and most important what I dont need.:D

This is what Have-

9 Adobe Acroba

14 powerDVD RC Service

I took off what I thought I didnt need and just run that and it looks ok,

still takes an while to start up, thought that would help it

Are you running two antivirus solutions? Trend Micro and Webroot?

Probably better if you post a hijack this log from here http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ (select 2.0.4 the beta is a bit of an unknown thus far) when you download it shift+right click and run as administrator
