Kids’ book club prize draw terms and conditions1) The prize draw is open to all UK residents, aged 2-12 (parent/guardian permission required before entering) and excluding employees and immediate families of Tesco Publishing, Cedar Communications Ltd, and their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2) Entries, as outlined above in the How to Enter section, to be emailed using the form. The closing date for receipt of all entries is 11.59pm on 31st August 2011.
3) Only one entry per child. No third party or bulk entries.
4) Proof of entering is not proof of receipt.
5) No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
6) There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
7) The winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
8) The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. An independent person will draw the winning entries.
9) The draws will be held within 21 days of the closing date. The winners will be the first entries drawn.
10) Winners must accept prizes within two months of notification or a redraw will take place.
11) Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12) Tesco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
13) The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from these prize draws.
