Renting with slight bad credit history

Hi everyone
My girlfriend and I are going to be renting a place together, we found somewhere through an agency and put down a holding deposit. They started to run the credit checks, now im pretty sure I will be ok since i've never had any credit good or bad plus i've rented by myself in the past.
My girlfriend on the other hand may have a small problem. She has rented in a few shared houses and the last place her flatmate who was in charge of paying the council tax messed up and the house got blacklisted and thefore gave her a bad credit mark on her history. This was revealed when she appiled for a personal loan at the bank.
Question is how will this affect the checks for renting? Everything else is fine, we both have full time jobs at good salaries, provided pay slips and bank statments, can pay the full deposit and the first months rent in advance, nothing else bad on credit like CCJs or bankrupcy.
Just that one thing on the credit history that is worrying us a bit.
Any advice from anyone would be very helpful
Thanks

Banks and mortgage-lenders see a great deal more detail on the credit-checks than letting-agents do. Unless she has a CCJ she should be fine0

Houses don't get blacklisted, the people within them do.0

Thats not what the bank said, they said addresses can get black listed0

Your girlfriend has obviously misunderstood. Debts and the records about them are attached to people not properties. However, if she hadn't acquired a CCJ for non-payment of Council Tax it won't show up on her credit-check0
