The prize includes an ocean-front double accommodation for two adults at both hotels, room only, one lunch (excluding drinks during stay at each hotel), 20 per cent off spa treatments at the luxury spas at Jamaica Inn and Round Hill.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person resident in the UK aged 18 years or over who is not an employee, agent or director of British Airways Plc ("BA") or its subcontractors or travel agents. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of EligibleParticipants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below.

3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
4. The prize consists of two round-trip World Traveller Plus (premium economy), British Airways flights from London Gatwick to Montego Bay. Flights must be taken together to the same destination as specified during the competition. Any additional travel costs to be organised and funded by the prize winner. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner is also responsible for any visas and inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize. The prize winner and his/her companion must be over 18 years of age and all passengers must hold a valid passport.
5. Prize flights are on mainline scheduled services operated by BA with a BA prefix number. Travel on BA franchise, codeshare and alliance airlines is not allowed. Prize flights include taxes, fees and charges. Domestic connections and other add-ons are not included in the prize. Any additional travel costs must be organised and funded by the prize winner. The prize winner and their travelling companions must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together.
6. The prize must be booked by 10 October 2012 by sending the completed booking form provided on winning the prize to [EMAIL="Carolyn.Woodley@ba.com"]Carolyn.Woodley@ba.com[/EMAIL]. All travel is subject to availability and capacity control. Prize flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date by following the instructions provided in the notification. Failure to book within these parameters will automatically disqualify the prize winner.
7. The prize will be confirmed to the prize winner within 28 days of their winning date and they will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing or by telephone in the method specified in the notice within twenty-one days of confirmation. If unclaimed or declined twenty one days after confirmation, the prize will be cancelled.
8. The prize must be completed by 30 October 2012 and are subject to availability
9. Confirmation of the prize flights will be sent to the prize winner at least 7 days prior to the departure dates requested.
10. Where available, all prize flight tickets will be issued as e-tickets.
11. Flights will be inventory controlled and prize flights will be subject to availability and capacity control, therefore access during school holidays and major sporting and cultural events will be restricted. BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel seats made available on any flight, and it is possible that seats allocated to the prize winner fare class on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that the prize winner is unable to book their preferred flight(s).
12. Prize flights are non-changeable and non-transferable. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. No upgrades are allowed.
13. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.
14. The prize winner and their travelling companions are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
15. Tickets for prize travel are valid for the prize winner accompanied by one adult. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the prize winner and travelling companions and references to the prize winner include (where the context permits) the travelling companions.
16. All travel on BA flights is subject to BA's general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
17. Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any BA Miles programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s) by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards, or certificates.
18. BA reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
19. BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the Promoters' control.
