my brother has just got a brand new ipod touch, he already has itunes from his old ipod but itunes wont recognize the ipod so he can register it and sync it
what are we doing wrong?

Hi I think you may have to uninstall i tunes and then download it off apple.com i think. Im not too sure:)0
