Hi all you experienced PPI claimants 
(I being my husband in this lol )Please
Can you tell me is it worth chasing up the FOS and Low cost complaints and HSBC as to where my setlement is,2 weeks ago I recieved a letter saying HSBC will pay the maxinum amount due to me as set by the FOS,This came by an email from Low cost complaints.They said it will take up to 10 weeks. has anyone else experienced this and is thos normal waiting time? Should I chase someone up and who ? or all of them? The complaint was started last August 2010 if this makes any difference,Thank you for your advice in advance

Hi there, yes you should chase this up,although your claim company should be doing this for you.
Give HSBC a ring and ask them what is happening.
