    Have a look here http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/

And just leave that AOL stuff if you are using AOL.

as for aol, just go to add/remove programs and delete it all

No dont delete it as the aol companion and dial up on demand adapter can be useful when getting new numbers if broadband were to fail and you needed the dialer, also the icon is handy to have in the sys tray as sometimes yu wont disconnect from aol and if you have certain packages, i.e cant use aol during the afternoon for 2hrs and its still on with no icon showing that your on you could face a big bill.

Unless the poster isnt using aol

If you run "advanced window care" that shows how many programs you have in your start up,and what they are.then you can untick them that way.It also cleans all the rubbish off your computer as well.

    You can untick:

    igfxtray ..C:\windows\system
    hkcmd ....C:\windows\system
    igfxpers ....C:\windows\system

These are unnecessary Intel graphics utilities which can be run via Start - Programs if you need them. Otherwise they are a waste of memory/CPU.
